  : Its a very beautiful apartment, very well located and very spatious.
  : It was our second stay with this appartment, though last time we spoke with a woman and we didnt experience any problems. This time it was a man who hosted us at the beginning and we had a feeling that kids are not very welcome. Some things are a bit out of order (the water was not going away in one of bathrooms, wi-fi was working only in one of rooms), but otherwise we loved the appartment, the lady host was very nice and towards the end also the man was not so strict.

  : Beautiful large apartment with multiple bathrooms and comfortable beds. It was in a quiet neighborhood with pool facility, which was refreshing. The hosts were very nice and was affordable.
  : There was essentially no Wi-Fi that worked. The sofa bed was not comfortable and the location was just far enough from the center, we needed to drive. The main problem for us was the lack of adequate air conditioning and they only accepted cash. The one AC unit barely cools and so the bedrooms are too hot. We asked for fan to move the air but it did not help make sleeping easier.

  : Good space. Own bed rooms with separate bathrooms. Good facilities.
  : We were there to attend Salsa festival. The owner did not allow us to have friends over without registration. Our parties were usually finishing around 6:00 am. How would we register if someone want to hangout with us. Should i ask friends to bring ID cards? It is weired. It was very inconvenient. They need to state these kind of things explicitly on the advertisement. So if you are a group friends staying in different places in Rovinj and want hangout together. This is not the right place unless the owners change their requirements.

  : Needed transportation as it was about a 30 minute walk to town.

  : I like location, apartment is big, light, comfortable to stay with 4 people. It was clean.
  : *The owner is harsh person! He was sharing opinion that I need to respect him more than he should respect me, because he is older then I am! I am sorry, I came to vacation for rest, I had no plans to have such discussions!*Water in shower was almost warm, we experienced hot water only twice in ten days.*We were staying 4 in apartment but got only two keys, owner didnt want to give more. After some discussion about respect we got 4 key cards*in apartment was problem with electricity, after walk me and my friend came home, approximately 10 pm, and we had no electricity, I was calling owner and got respond, wait for tomorrow! After some arguing owner fixed electricity!*I believe the owner is good person but he has problems with polite communication!

  : There is no air conditioning in bedrooms, only in living room. Swimming pool has dimensions 7x4 meters with column in the middle. Jacuzzi was extremely dirty. And on top of that, host was unpleasant.
