  : the view from the terrace is outstanding, so if this is your goal than go for it, otherwise not worth it
  : under equipped kitchen, no cleaning possibilities (no broom, ragetc.)-if you go for longer time than you should be able to at least swipe the apartment, no extra towels, lack of privacy since the apartment is connected to the other one by opened staircasePrimosten town and beaches are nice though

  : the property in general, no running water, the kettle was rusted, floor was dusty and dirty, there was no wifi, the host did not meet us. very poor security to the property, open to the public. dont waste your money and stay here.

  : It is not an apartment; it is a room with balcony separated by the open staircase from the bathroom and kitchen. No door for the kitchen and bathroom- anyone could access it from the hall. Since it is under a roof it gets really hot with 30 degrees temperatures and no fan (AC not available). Definitely it is not a 3 star accommodation: 1. very poor internet - radio goes on for 3 minutes then stops, watching movies and streaming music not possible 2. no table or chairs in the room when rains outside, 2 kitchen chairs - one of them broken, kitchen stove light broken 3. kitchen equipment very poor - just literally 3 forks and 3 teaspoons, 3 plates, broken eclectic kettle, rusty fridge, pots with broken handles and scale - all remembering Yugoslavia times. 4. toilet tap hardly works (too much scale)- waters goes through like in the coffee machine 5. toilet constantly stinks so the window had to be opened all the time. 6. creaking bed, stained blanket, spiderwebs, no brush or rug to sweep the floor 7. room lock hard to open as it is worn out 8. just one electric socket 9. no change of blankets during 2 week stay even it rated 3 star The second day of stay we sent a complaint and request to fix the issue, but the owner only changed the toilet lid, brought a bowl for washing, cloth pins and a knife for bread. It is a pity the location is so poorly managed. It would have been a good place if repairs done and basic equipment in place. We have been visiting Coratia 10 times already, and it is the first time we encountered such poor accommodation rated with 3 stars.
