  : I DO NOT RECOMMEND staying there. Accommodation on booking offered through CK AdriaGate. After two days, the air conditioning stopped cooling in our apartment, so I wrote to CK, described the problem, and they immediately sent the owner to the apartment. He came, grabbed the remote control, tried something, but it didn't help. He mentioned between the doors that she was brand new and 13 days old. CK wrote that VRAJ contacted the service in ibenik, but they cannot confirm when the service will arrive. On the other hand, they accused us that we damaged the air conditioning by improper handling - and I ask that HOW can the air conditioning be damaged? They claimed that we had to set the temperature low (16 degrees :D ) OK, I set it only after it was not cold to 22 or 20.. The air conditioner blew all day, but warm air. Of course, since it was clear to us that there was no willingness on the part of the owner to solve the climate, I demanded compensation from CK, because we had to ventilate at night, mosquitoes flew in and we were bitten all over. It goes without saying that we didn't sleep properly for a week. So CK claimed that the owner is not willing to give any compensation, that we are responsible for everything that goes wrong in the apartment, but that he is so nice that he won't give us the air conditioner as a replacement... So we can actually be glad that we paid for apartment with air conditioning, and that we do not have to pay him to repair the NEW air conditioner under warranty. So I absolutely do not recommend JERE PROTO apartments in Primoten.
