  : Location is fantastic, all the beaches are nearby, old town is a couple of minutes walk, market is 1-2 minutes walk. Parking is good and it's very close to the car from the apartament. We left a stroller in the car as it was easier to take it from the trunk every time than carrying it up the stairs (flat is on the first floor and doors and corridor are narrow). There is a see-view from the balcony, a bit blocked by the building of the old hostel but still nice. Host is very friendly and helpful, wandering around from time to time. There is a lot of kitchenware, we travel with our own but it's nice to have. Wifi in the apartment is solid, remote work friendly, download 70, upload 30.
  : Lock in the bathroom does not really work, even when it's locked you need to push harder and it opens. Door from one of the bedrooms are stuck and it's hard to close and open it. Some wall sockets need fixing as they are loose. I believe all od those issues above are mendable so they may not apply in the future. Rooms are rather dark, especially noticeable in the bathroom and the kitchen. Apartment is not soundproof at all, pray for quiet neighbours. Our ones forced us to listen Eurovision finale with them. One of the bed was squeakier than Primosten's seagulls.

  : Great location. Near to everything you need - beach, old town, supermarket. Very nice owners.

  : - great location in center of Primoten (close to beaches, old town and shops, etc), - good equipment on place (in kitchen eg. oven, microwave, sandwich maker), - WiFi works without problems, - we booked after season so price was also attractive, - space for park a car.
  : - few things to fix (sink in bathroom leaks/clogs up, mirrow lamp in bathroom / night lamp don't work, etc), - TV on picture is bigger than in real (32") - maybe it isn't hyper important, but while our stay we got a lot rainy days ;)

  : Was not overpriced. Central location, straight access to beach and bars.
  : The owner never showed up, didnt take calls. The only way of communication was through Bookings message center. Yet the problem started inside. Bad smell. Water coming back from the sewer when using the bathroom resulting in 1 inch grey water upon the tiles. Fridge also smelled. My favorite one is this: the car inside the parking lot was blocked by another one. Kind lady at the tourist office figured out that the owner attended church would be back in one hour. Alright. Let us remain calm. Instead of arguing have a coffee and be back. One hour later the car was blocked by not one but three cars. It took additional one hour to escape. No apologies. Nothing.
