  : The apartment has all you need for accommodation of 4-person family. It is well equipped (household appliances, cleaning products, kitchen equipment) and very clean. Windows, all equipped with external blinds, face north-east, so the sun does not heat up the flat during the day. There is well working air conditioning I the living room. There is an elevator in the building. The location is very good, close to the river, 5 minutes walk from the city centre and 15 minutes from the beach, which creates a fine buffer from the city noise. It was very easy to communicate with the travel agency handling the reservation and the landlord (all of them very helpful and nice).
  : A microwave oven would be a plus, as well as some supplements to the cutlery (tea spoons!). Also the installed gas-electric stove, which is shown on photos, is misleading: there is no gas in the building, so you can use only 2 electric "burners" out of total 4.
