  : The food is excellent, with a variety of choices for everyone. The kids corner is also a great idea.
  : There is no warm watter in the evenings (mainly between 7pm and 9pm), the hotel pool does not have enough of deckchairs for all the quests and on the last day we had to look for the parasols and bring them ourselves to the pool. The surrounding area of the pool is higly negclected - not expected from a family hotel with quests with little kids.

  : - Hygiene of public/kids spaces. My family and the family of our friends both got stomach flue, and it was not because of food.- Parking place does not fit all guests

  : The hotel is at the beach in the middle of the town. It has several swimming pools (1 indoor) and they offer other activities too. Probably the greatest thing is their kitchen, tasty and abundant meals at the restaurant 3 times per day (wine and beer included). Caring and helpful staff, including the animators for the kids.
  : Small room. There is no place to dry towels.

  : We were traveling two friends with two small kids. First the room was not so clean, we didnt have hot water in the bathroom, we also found a cockroach in the room. At first they said that they dont have rooms available and then after one hour the gave us another room. They didnt ask us if we need help with transfering all the stuff from one room to the new one. In the new one: the golder for the wc papir was broken, the pipe in the shower was also broken, somebody get a key for our room and just came in (dont know how), they cards of the room werent working, they gave us a normal key(just one, we were two). The outside pool near the sea its full all the time (without people), they didnt gave us a deck chair because the capacity was full (everybody leaves the towel there on the deck chair for a few hours without using it). The kids pool, the small one was nor so clean also the carting room is very dirty. One nigth at 3am the fire alarm went on for two times and nobody knew why.At the end of our stay they ask us if everything was ok (knowing already that wasnt) and we told all the story and they gave us a 100 discount(which I think wasnt enought) - the price was 800 for two nights. The receptionist was nice. We will not go back again and I dont reccomend this hotel.

  : Reasturant organization when there is lots of guests, really lacks. Reasturant staff were not friendly. Food labels did explain food correctly especially with allergies etc. The rooms, you could hear everything the neighbors did especially if they had a baby.
