  : + The location is truly exceptional. Complete peace and solitude. No tourists far and wide. + The owner of the property is very nice and helpful.
  : - The access road is not suitable for cars with a low chassis. It is full of sharp stones, very narrow and some turns are so sharp that it is difficult to pass them through. - Since you don't want to go through the offroad driveway again, the only option is to walk 20-25 minutes to the nearest store or restaurant. - The equipment of the house is a bit outdated and also the access to the water could be improved to make it nicer and more comfortable.
