  : Not what one would expect from a 4*. We initially booked Family suite with terrace but it was very small, dark and mouldy smelling. On top, our children were suppose to sleep on the couch, in a suite costing 300/night we were instead placed in a lower category room with two bedrooms which was one of a 1* hotel, from mattresses, linen to the key lock. We finally wanted to check out and leave early but got offered a higher class suite, but ended up being awake the hole night because the hotel hosted a balkan wedding. Selection at breakfast was the best part of the stay. Knowing all this and experiencing all rooms and service, we will not return

  : Friendly staff, cleanliness, big balcony with sea view, being close to the beach
  : The room was starting to show it's age (old doors, windows, matress, noisy bathroom fan)

Disappointing

  : 5 star breakfast buffet. Location close to sea front and walkable, when cool enough, to town. A coupe of good nearby restaurants.
  : Dated room, carpets stained and dirty looking, furniture old and marked, mini balcony, bed mattress may have cost 10 euros no independent springing each time someone moved the other went for a ride. If We had been staying any we would have demanded a room move. No price lists for bar, no restaurant menu displayed, no toilets in pool area, sun loungers, of which there were plenty, couldn't be raised into upright positions. Internet poor, don't expect to stream or download anything. Staff friendly enough but didn't really explain anything about facilitates except to tell us there was a QR code which you could flash to tell you everything, when their internet eventually let you access the link it told you b all. I understand why the cost is what it is during high season and that some rooms appear to have been updated but value for money it is not, neither is it 4 star 3 at best.
