  : The location is great. Awesome views of the sea. There is a lot of parking space and the little restaurant in the front yard, as well as several others nearby, is very convenient.
  : The apartment was dirty and there was a lack of maintenance. We had to clean all the dishes, pans and pots and utensils. Everything was dirty. There were no basic items, like sugar, salt, coffee etc. There was no toaster, no corkscrew, no paper towel, Everyday we could smell the sewer gasses. The pillows were disgusting with stains of body fluids and blood. There was no hairdryer. The kitchen window couldn't be opened and the shutter slammed continuously in the wind. The handle of the living room glass door was mounted backwards and prevented the door from being closed. We had to fix it ourselves. Every time we took a shower there was water seeping from under it flooding the bathroom.
