  : Location is good - about 10 by foot from small, but nice Koralj Beach, 10-15 minutes (depending on direction) by foot to the city center, 3 minutes by foot to the nearest restaurant (which has quite decent food), 5 minutes by car to Lidl ;), 25 minutes by car to Baska Beach. There is a parking with kind of roof so your car is not heated so much by the Croatian sun (BMW X1 could fit in). Our apartment (located on the ground floor) was comfortable, had small but clean bathroom with shower and toilet, small living room with kitchen (fridge with freezer, microwave oven, electric hob, electric kettle, coffee pot, all necessary dishes) equipped with air-condition and medium bedroom with large wardrobe and TV. It had a terrace with table and chairs with the view to a garden and partially to the bay. Hairdryer and iron were also provided in the apartment. We also got a side bed for a baby. Host is very hospitable and helpful.
  : A mosquito net in the windows, esp. in bathroom, could prevent from "guests". :) There is not many places in Croatia where you can pay by card (at least in 2022) so make sure you have proper amount of cash with you as the ATMs charge extra fees for cash withdrawal. If travelling by car in the high season, try to avoid reaching the border between Maribor and Zagreb between 10 am and 6 pm to avoid spending 2 hours (or more) in traffic jams. I know it's not related to the apartment, but I think it might be a useful info. ;)
