  : The location is fantastic if you're a decent walker (not minding walking many stairs to down town). The owners arranged airport transfer. During our trip to Croatia we stayed in 3 hotels and 3 appartments. Generally I noticed that the appartments are more service oriented and really go for the extra mile. Rooms in this appartment are comfortable and there is sufficient space. Wifi was not very good according to my children (which may be an advantage for parents :-). In 10-20 minutes you can walk to old town but requires a good condition. The appartment comes with a swimming pool.
  : Everything was okay, excellent staff. Don't expect the luxury of a 4/5 star hotel but realize that the price is very competitive and the owners do everything to please their guests.

  : We stayed in the studio apartment. The apartment was clean and a good size. Host gave us extra blankets on request. The gardens, pool area and view are lovely. Kids and host friendly and offered suggestions on what to see.
  : There was no heat, we were there in April, so the room was very cold. It was warmer to sit outside than in the apartment. One day of our visit was very rainy, returning to a cold apartment after a day in the rain = damp, cold, unpleasant evening. I'm sure the apartment would be great during a hot summer. There was no coffee maker. The washroom had a scent of sewer, luckily there was a door to the main apartment area so we could contain the scent to the washroom.

  : The Villa is clean and have everything you need. Antonella and her family are very welcoming and friendly, they welcomed us with a wine! Really nice! The pool area is really cool! The location is very tranquil so you get to rest good. Wonderful views Just its quite uphill and there are many stairs to get to the center, avoid this is youre not fit enough or have kids.
  : We saw some ants in the room so make sure you dont let there any food. And the air conditioning is not really working which is quite sad with 35 sunny degrees everyday.

  : Excellent swimming pool and terrace. Kitchen well equipped and functional
  : Landlord has a friendly demeanour initially but was quickly argumentative and dismissive of any of our concerns. This spoilt our stay in Dubrovnik. This occurred when Wifi did not work for either my wife and I so unable to complete work tasks. Shower fittings basic so cannot stand under the shower without holding it above you - we are not fans if this No air con in bedroom; had to keep windows open which felt insecure. Beds were not comfortable for us; pictures look like a double but the two twins together have a gap in between so less acceptable to us (appreciate others may not care). Access difficult; taxis cannot get up narrow approach road so must drag your luggage approx 100m and then up stairs between other private properties; not lit at night; I am partially sighted in only one eye and the stairs are tricky at night. Cats tried to enter our rooms and tried to jump on our dining table whilst eating. We couldnt get any tv channels ; we presume this may have been due to lack of internet? Hot water ran out after s quick shower. In our opinion there would be other better options.
