  : This is a room in the house of Jelka, one of the most beautiful people we met in Croatia! The facilities are minimal, but have everything you need! Jelka treated us with coffee in the mornings on the patio, we had a wonderful time. Not what we expected, but turned out even better! Location was supreme - but of note, better to Uber/Lyft around than rent a car - parking is horrendous! Safe neighborhood, 24 hour market walking distance, fridge in room, beautiful view, we really enjoyed our stay.
  : Parking was not good, but that is just Croatia in general. Nothing to do with Jelka :) Also, if you're looking for a romantic stay, this might not be your spot... But great for traveling friends!

  : Owner was really nice, although she speaks very little English. Our room had a balcony so it was nice to sit outside in the evening. Room was clean!
  : No air-conditioning in the room and the fan in the room was insufficient to cool down the room. There's a basketball court right next to the property and some nights were quite noisy with people playing basketball and music outside. The owner seemed to live in the living room of the house. The property is suitable for people who go to sleep early, as we were told to be quiet after around midnight even though we were just chatting on the balcony. The houserules state a period of day-time and night-time quiet, so that's something good to keep in mind depending on your needs for your stay in Dubrovnik!

  : Apartment is difficult to find, no check in, we had to wait a long time. We were disturbed in the bathroom, host and other guests banged several times on the door although we were only 10 minutes in the bathroom. After that we were told we had used up all the hot water. Very rude, it's a shared bathroom?! Host hardly speaks English, communication is difficult. Furnishings very old-fashioned, no AC.All in all overpriced, can't recommend. For this price you get a whole apartment that is closer to the center and in which you are not scared out of the bathroom!!

  : The beds are not very comfortable. Also, we found out the bathroom is shared when we fot there but it was fine. The lady kept it super clean.

  : The room and everything was clean and comfortable. Mrs. Jelka was really kind and served us coffee in the morning, and offered us snacks. I am rating this with an 8 just because of her, as she is such a great person.
  : Its an apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room and a bathroom. The owner is staying in the living room and renting out the two bedrooms. In the description it was not mentioned that the bathroom is a common one, and used by the owner herself and the other people who stay there. No access to the kitchen. There was no air conditioning and it was really hot in the room, there was a fan but it did not help at all and we had to sleep with the windows open (it was very loud outside, cars and motorbikes would drive almost all night and there is a basketball court outside and people would gather there and play and make a lot of noise).

  : Room in the owner's apartment. Lovely lady who kept the apartment spotlessly clean and replaced towels and sheets etc. Room has a modern aircon unit which was a blessing on hot days. Very comfy bed. Nice balcony to sit out on. Apartment in on the main road next to the basketball court and the yamaha motorbike shop.

  : Super place to be and a very sweet and friendly host. Everything is very clean and nice. Our host brought us homemade cake and offered us to get in earlier than check in. It is easy to find The Old Town from the house, and it is a 10-15 minute walk. A shoop and a bakery is right next door. If one thing could be said; The traffic on the street outside can be heard at night if you are sensitive to sounds. It did not bother us because we had earplugs.Thank you for a lovely stay!
