  : Romana was an exceptional host; she was extremely accommodating in filling us in as to the sights and good restaurants within Dubrovnik; she not only met us on arrival, but also arranged and accompanied us to a taxi at the end; she was responsible for ensuring we enjoyed a wonderful and fulfilling stay. The accommodation was excellent, especially the small sitting out area at the back ; it is situated in a very good area.
  : Nothing really, but the cost was fully reflected in the price.

  : The location was excellent and the staff was very helpful when we arrived and departed.
  : The air conditioner did not cool properly. When this is fixed, the unit would rate a ten.

  : -Excellent location close to Pile gate without stairs except inside the building (2 stories)-Close to everything in old city -Host Romana was super nice
  : -Loud footstep noise from upper apartment and stairs can be very annoying at night and early morning-AC does not work well-Refrigerator makes constant although subtle crackling noise which can be annoying at night

  : The location was perfect - not too many noisy tourists around late but close enough to al the spots we wanted to visit. The old town is beautiful and being right in the middle made it so easy to get out early and stay out as late as needed.
  : The bed was comfortable but a bit harder than we would have liked (very minor point).

  : Huge bed, amazing location, terrace was lovely, one of the more modern apartments in Dubrovnik we could find, great host.
  : Internet was really terrible - seems only one router in the hall outside for two flats, which given how expensive the accommodation is didn't feel right.

  : The apartment is very comfortable and clean in a great location in the heart of the old city. I must especially mention Romana who was very helpful and nice, there are simply no words. Thanks!
  : The only downside for us was the steep stairs to the apartment. It was a bit difficult with the luggage, something that should be taken into account when booking the apartment. Another thing is that you should park in the parking lot (more expensive 10) in front of the main gate in order to unload your luggage and only then go to the cheaper and further parking lot that is recommended by the owner to park the car

  : We loved our time in Dubrovnik. This unit was the perfect location and was located on the first floor. 16 stairs to our door. It was nice having a garden to relax in at night. Romana was very helpful and a great hostess.
  : The shower was a bit of a challenge. The shower was very compact and the head wouldnt stay up. Otherwise, everything was perfect!
