  : Nice location not too central but short walk away from town. Could see the sea from our porch. Luggage storage available after check out at the port.

  : Location is great, short walk to the nicest beaches of Bol (less busy and touristic than Zlatni Rat). View from the balcony is amazing. The apartment was generally clean, felt cozy (i.e., I loved the carpet floor in the sleeping room), and apartment was a pretty nice place to hang out. Comfortable bed, comfortable couch, lounge chairs on the balcony. Hosts were friendly and easy to approach. Second-to-last night we had a little ant problem on the balcony, I texted the host and they brought anti ant powder within 5 minutes, which solved the problem. Laundry machine is generally not part of the deal, but there is a laundry room downstairs that they use for towels and bed sheets, and because it was relatively busy (half of October) they allowed us to use it when they were not using it.
  : Toilet seat was shabby (cheap plastic one that keeps sliding sideways, so I actually never used the seat but just sat directly on the porcelain part). Not all light bulbs were present. We could have asked for this but it wasn't too much of a bother so we didn't feel like it, but I feel this is something the hosts could have checked and noticed in between guests.

  : The apartments location was pretty good, in 5 min you could reach both the sea and the city center. The guy in charge of the guests, Daniel, was pretty friendly and really wanted to help us solve the problems we had. But it was easy to understand that he didnt know what to do most of the times.
  : There have been three main things that made our stay at Villa Livia not so pleasant. First of all, the parking issue. Every time we came back to the apartment there was always someone elses care in our parking spot and each time we had to call Daniel to come and help us. He was very friendly and always solved the issue but the parking was included in the accomodation so there had to be no problem in the first place.Futhermore, our room was full of ants and other little insects, especially in the bathroom. The room wasnt dirty but of course it wasnt so pleasant to find those insects even in the shower.Last of all, there were some guests that kept shouting all the time. They were very impolite and disturbed all the place, which is incredibly silent itself. We know its no one elses fault if people are rude but this affected our stay.

  : The apartment is situated in a very good quiet location, just 5 minutes walk to the most beautiful and triangular beach and 10 minutes to the old town.The apartment itself was clean and well equipped, a very comfortable bed and two balconies with views over the sea and mountains. Parking on the side. I very much enjoyed my stay there, very peaceful and relaxing.
  : There are only my personal preference/suggestions: More hangers in the wardrobeRail for the shower head Toaster
