  : Nice hotel with fresh, clean and new facilities. Restaraunt is big and clean, broad selection of food including fresh salads, fruit, bread and also some pastries made with local fresh ingredients (Honey is a local specialty). The gym and its equipment was good (up to date and clean), same with the main pool. Beside the gym area the spa offered massage, facials, teeth whitening etc. The double room with the balcony and private pool (highly recommended) is excellent, shared between 8 or so rooms (was never busy or being used as there is also the hotels main pool and the beach within a minutes walk. The pool itself was kept very clean and had a stunning view. Landscaping and design/layout of the hotel grounds was very nice and made for an open and relaxing setting. Supermarket and a couple of shops within 5 minutes walk of hotel. Bus routes to other locations on the island like Rethymno, Chania old town, airport etc. Bike, car, ATV (Quad bike) rentals in the village. Lots to see and do during the day. Ferry trips including bus to the port (20/30min), recommend trip to Balos Lagoon and it's beautiful secluded island beach with crystal clear, turquoise water, sun loungers, beach bar, pedal boats, jet skis are available there to rent. Apparently the oldest living olive tree in the world is located 10 min drive away just outside the town of Kissamos and also botanical gardens in the local area.
  : The location of the hotel is away from the busy night life and very quiet (which is good if that's what you're looking for) but unfortunatley I found there was very little to do at night with little to do and no activities in the hotel such as entertainment. There was a nice bar at the hotel with great views and it would have been nice to of had some ''light entertainment'' such as DJ, singer or even karaoke. Would like to return to the hotel another year but only if I knew in advance there would be more to do at or around the hotel. The village where the hotel is located could do with more activities for the night time, maybe a local band or DJ playing at a bar one or two nights in the week (I may be mistaken but I did not notice any of this happening during my stay here in. Apart from that it's a beautiful hotel and location with many daytime excursions and sights to see and do including ferry trips with bus transfer from and to the hotel at reasonable prices.

  : Safe deposit is extra 3 euros per day although its a 5 star all inclusive hotel.Bathroom smells like mold, thats bad.

  : Only the very nice people working there.
  : We spent 6 days at the hotel and I met the same cleaning lady, receptionists and the bellboy during the period. It means the staff doesnt have enough rest. Its very unfair and it gives to the tourists a very bad impression about the hotel management - thats work force exploitation ! Also, the meals are not tasty at all, the rooms and the compound are outdated and the beach in front of the hotel is ugly and has no sunbeds.

  : Everything you need in a hotel was fine - rooms were good, food was nice, staff courteous and helpful.
  : This is a big site, newly built, and although everything is very high end - shiny marble floors, nice pool area - there is no charm or style. Theres no shade in the garden, no atmosphere in the bar. The hotel was full but it felt empty and a bit dead.
