: The studio was big and clean, with a beautifull balcony and seaview. It's placed in a quiet area but still closed to the city. The self checkin option is great.
: - The kitchen furniture it's kinda old. - The noise made late in the night by the people staying in other rooms.

: We have stayed at four accommodations so far on this mini tour of Kefalonia and Ithaka. This has been the best so far and also the best value. A spacious, bright, modern studio with a terrace offering a great view accross Sami and the sea beyond. Well equipped apart from lack of toaster which the owners (who also have the "Adonis" family restaurant on the seafront which we would also recommend) was quick to remedy. A good supermarket is within a 10 minute walk and a petrol garage even closer. The studio was super clean on arrival. The coded entry system works well and alleviates the need for a key. Overall a great place to stay and would be surprised if anyone was disappointed with it bearing in mind the price we paid for our stay.
: There appears to be a slight drainage issue with the building as sometimes there was a drain type odour in the bathroom, so the bathroom door was best kept closed. Also, don't know what the cleaning policy is but it would have been nice if the cleaner had come in (mainly to empty the bins) at least once during our 5 day stay. Would have given 10 all round instead of 9 if not for these minor things.

: The apartments are set at the back of town with an ocean view and mountain view at the back. Close to town. About a 10 minute walk, but far enough out to be very quiet. The apartment is very bright and filled with light. The kitchen area is small but all you need. I appreciated that there was a coffee maker, and kettle for boiling water for tea. The balcony is wonderful for sitting out on. The bed was very comfortable. We never saw the host or owner, but they emailed us the code to get in, so it didn't matter. We'd definitely stay again.
: It would be nice if there was some printed information from the owner welcoming us, and some info about the area.
