  : Spacious apartment with beautiful view and an enthousiastic and helpful hostess. Close to the beach and with the possibility to use the amenities of the closeby hotel.
  : It lacks the cosiness of an authentic Greek house and has no shady place where you can enjoy the outdoors.

  : Great apartment with excellent facilities especially the private pool. Use of the nearby hotel pool and beach bar was a wonderful bonus. The location, with a lovely 15 minutes walk along the beach to Sami was excellent. The views from the apartment were beautiful.
  : More information on local services. We walked into Sami to get the bus and did not realise that it stopped in Karavomylos.

  : Good location, close to bakery/cafe for breakfast and a couple of Tavernas for other meals. The property was spacious, with comfortable rooms and main living area. The kitchen was OK, basic but worked alright, not an issue for us as we don't really cook on holiday. The pool was lovely to use on hot days, and the coastal path into Sami was a lovely walk in the evening.
  : All very minor points as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Hot water ran out in the evening (guess it's heated by the sun in the day). The details led us to believe there were 3 bathrooms, but there are only 2. The photos show the view before nearby construction, so the view is a little different

  : Location - close to the beach, local restaurants, bakery and mini market and 10 min walk to Sami. Use of the hotel pool next door was great. Lovely couple that run the property.
  : Had to walk round the side to the pool (I thought it would be accessible from the balcony). No air conditioning in the main living room, therefore very dark when closing the shutters to keep it cool. Balcony quite small for a family to sit round a table. Had to mop bathroom floor after a shower as no curtain/screen.
