  : Rooms were clean and the reception staff was friendly even though not as helpful at some times
  : Shower didnt work properly in our first room and in our second room the toilet was placed so close to the shower that you couldnt sit properly. During our whole stay (morning to night) there was building noice and at one point one guy from the building staff came into our room because he though it was empty. I was changing so it was pure luck I was in the bathroom when he bursted in.

  : The hotel was in a very good area, easy to use bus to get to Rhodes center. Also was surrounded with many big markets and restaurants. Beach was close as well, but we mostly enjoyed staying at the pool. The staff was amazing and so helpful. We also stayed after check out and there is a place to take a shower and freshen up before we left for our evening flight.
  : The wifi did not work in our room, but worked at pool and other spots.

  : Arising problems are getting solved when arizing. Personnel is friendly and helpful.
  : Bad smell from air conditioner, we had to change the room to the other one. During breakfast, half an hour before the closure, there was always a lack of dishes, cups, glasses, forks, and fruits, and you need to query all this. It looks like the hotel saves on personnel, which impacts the turnaround. The breakfast area is too hot, bad air conditioned. If you are with small kids, better not to take a balcony to the pool/bar area, it is quite noisy till the night, otherwise if you like music, you can enjoy :)Wifi is terribly bad in the buildings. In the 4th is completely out of reach. One more - the pool of this 4* hotel is shared with the other 3* hotel Filmar, which is not mentioned anywhere, excepting Filmar hotel. So, it's getting quite crowded most of the day time :(

  : Staff are not very helpful here. Had to lug my own 30kg suitcase up two flights of stairs when I first arrived as the tiny lift was not working and no one offered to help me to my room. I also had jewellery stolen from my room to which the manager was extremely uncooperative in sorting this out and unwilling to accept any blame. He continued to downplay the situation and tell me it was my word against his staff and that nothing like this had ever happened before at his hotel.
