  : Location, spaciousness, the enormous balcony all much appreciated.
  : The address was very difficult to find on a first visit to Preveza. The WiFi is not satisfactory. It comes from the cafe downstairs. I strongly recommend that the owner installs a router in the apartment. Extra blankets would have been appreciated, as it got a bit cold at night.

  : Finding the property was easy as well as collecting the keys. The property has a nice balcony and is near the sea front and the beach. A good supermarket is a short walk away as well as fruit and veg shops. There are any number of bars and restaurants.
  : Unfortunately the internet did not work and no one was available to help remedy the situation. Were it not for the double glazing and air conditioning it would have difficult to sleep as the bar/restaurant on the ground floor is very noisy as are the numerous passing mopeds. There is a dry cleaners/laundry opposite that has a particular machine that whines incessantly in the morning.

  : Wi-Fi hopeless. Instructions given on website didnt work and hosts gave new instructions but they hardly worked. I wanted to do some work using Wi-Fi and it was impossible in the apartment. I had to sit on the stairs outside Loud music from bar downstairs went on til 2.00 am and partying one night til 3.30 Peeling paint in sitting room and bathroom Couldnt open the door shutters. This is not a beach front apartment which description says. Asked for consideration of a late check out when booking, but before this could be arranged, full payment for the extra night was taken before we arrived at the property. Up 30 stairshard with heavy bags for us.

  : Great location, not the best accomodation by any means but that balcony in the middle of it all is great. Other facilities are fine for a family and if the easy to fix issues are resolved I'd recommend this apartment.
  : No WiFi. We had to use the Barrio cafe wifi underneath the apartment which didn't reach. Had to pay extra for data for my kids. Door handles were loose, resulting in being locked out of the kids bedroom right at bedtime. After much trying managed to remove the other bedroom door handle and use the turning bar from this to unlock it. These issues were reported but not resolved. Finally, you get 1 key which caused multiple issues as it has the electricity card attached, so many instances of taking it down the 30 odd steps to open the front door, then back up to put the card back in for the air-conditioning to be on whilst the rest of my family relaxed, before going back down the stairs to go out to do the shopping. 2 keys are a must for a family.
