  : Perfect setting, right on a beautiful sandy beach. Architecture of the hotel was stunning, the pool really well designed and loved the food. Breakfast and dinner buffet were fantastic.
  : Sound proofing wasnt great to be honest.

  : beach is really beautiful, food included at half board is good, stuff during the stay was polite and helpful.yoga on the beach was really good as well.hotel is in the middle of green hills, looks really beautiful.thing you have to remember: its not an adults only hotel, even if they dont have specific facilities for kids, people with kids go there. adults only pool is small (only 10 sun beds) and adults only zone on the beach is also tiny and too close to general zone. you will be surrounded by kids even in September.
  : food: room service, lunch restaurant on the beach, dinner restaurant at the beach - disaster. the worse food I ever had at the hotel. I dont know how they manage to make french fries and club sandwich uneatable. we had last dinner at Topos restaurant at the beach and it was absolutely not tasty, weve got food poisoning (eating different things) and they lied about tips (this I noticed in the final bill, but had no willing to make a scene and payed). couple of times I found hair in salads at the dinner free flow.facilities: two times (we stayed 7 nights) we were waking up in the middle of the night because of the fire alarm. sand on the room floor was always there even after cleaning. vanity kit you get one per stay, you have to ask all the time for a new one.location: beach is great, but there is no place to walk at all, you have to have a car or be ready to pay 20-70 one way for a taxi to get somewhere.team: during the stay they were helpful and nice. after check out at the airport I realized that I forgot my airpods in the room, last seen location at my apple ID profile was hotel and the room. I called the hotel to check it, but they didnt find it. even more: they were never calling meback, I called them 3-4 times myself and was telling this story again and again to different people. I called them before check in time, so only employees had an access to the room and still didnt find them

  : The location is just perfect! The beach was sandy and the water was clean. The room was very nice and clean.
  : The service was very slow everywhere in the complex - the beach, the restaurants, the bar. It seemed that there was not enough staff to serve so many people. Sometimes in the restaurant the utensils were dirty.

  : Amazing beach. The sand is perfect and well looked after. The sea is very nice to swim and clean. Sunsets are really beautiful. Food is also very good & delicious. Really liked the additional restaurants too. Staff is very friendly and attentive.
  : Rooms need better maintenance. Our room had a terrible smell from the drains. It affected the whole mood. Food and drink prices at the restaurants are too high. The prices are relatively high, but the hotel overall doesn't feel that ultra luxury.

  : Beautiful view. Friendly staff. Food is 7/10. Could be a little better with more variety. AC works well. Rooms comfortable. Willing to accommodate you if you have any issues. .. lots of children at hotel which makes loud sound in rooms by the elevators be careful of this

  : Quality of food very good, plenty of choices
  : The resort is family friendly, but also advertised as great for couples. Not so , yes there was an adult pool and areas on beach for adults only You need an adults only area for sunbathing, eating etc and bars . If not possible dont advertise as an adult friendly hotel.

  : The hotel is great. Great size and facilities. Food at the buffet was really good.
  : The checkin process is far too lengthy. I know the staff were trying to be helpful and a more luxurious experience but simply made it go on for ages. Took so long that we weren't able to order food from the counter and had to wait till dinner was served. Needs more loungers near the adult pool. Needs to be able to cater to larger groups - we had a group of 6 and 8 and we struggled to get nice tables. Gym needs to be better as it was very busy while we were there and didnt have to much equipment.
