  : The room exceeded my expectations - was much nicer than the photos on booking.com. Santorini is normally quite pricey so I think I got a good deal with this one! Location wise, it's situated close enough to Oia that you need only walk about 10 minutes to get right in the centre. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the manager of the hotel was extremely helpful. She sat down with me when I checked in to show me the map of Santorini and to tell me where to go and at what times of the day. Was very hospitable.
  : The only negative to the place was that there was a lot of screaming when one of the staff members (a cleaner?) did something wrong. I didn't understand the entirety of the situation but I think it is unprofessional to scream across the yard whilst sitting in the dining area where people are having breakfast.

  : There was no where to put our luggage. Coffee pot in room not working,No table and chairs to sit in the room, no wash cloths, maid did not replace used towels for our second day, the hotel attendant Anna was abrupt and no shuttle was not ordered:(

  : The staff make this hotel! Anna was very friendly and warm and gave us brilliant advice for how to make the most of our holiday. The breakfast was amazing they make sure there is a huge variety and everyone is full. The room was sound proof and clean. Pool was lovely. But the best part of course the hotel cats! We plan to return to Santorini one day and we would without a doubt come here again.
