: lovely staff, great service. amazing breakfast and mostly quiet when the streets quiet down.
: the room we were given was a bit dungeony / underground. theres no natural light or view to outdoors. its the base room so cheaper but it also said balcony room on the site which is not the case. its a jacuzzi on the rooftop separately.

: Bad location
: This was badly mis-sold -I had booked their sister place in the town which had a sunset view over the sea but it was closed so they moved us to their other premises which they said was an upgrade. It was not an upgrade it was 15 mins out of town on a very noisy busy road with a view of scrub land and a dusty car park - too dangerous to walk the road particularly at night. We had booked 2 nights but left after the first night - I complained and asked for the night we didnt stay to be refunded but it was refused. Staff very good but experience more like 3 star definitely not 5 star- very disappointing

: The breakfast was very nice with multiple options, only bad point is ordering something and getting another option twice without say an apology for not having maybe that product.
: It happened to me to find a robe and a towel not very clean and the robe seamed to be used, also not opportunity to get an upgrade.

: The staff were super nice and helpful, and always available via WhatsApp for questions. The room was large compared to others we stayed in during this trip, and it was kept very clean. The rooftop & hot tub had perfect views of the sunset, breakfast was excellent and always right on time (and had lots of options), and the location was just a couple minutes walk from anything you could need. We really appreciated being slightly away from the main touristy road, as it seemed more quiet and private at night.
: Direct access from the room to the rooftop would have been nice, but it really wasn't that big of a deal!
