: The staff were super nice and sincerely wanted to help us with anything we asked. The room and view were beautiful. The hot tub and pool were clean and well maintained. It was wonderful to receive a welcome drink and bottle of champagne and a snack.
: The breakfast was just ok, not spectacular like other hotels we visited during our stay in Greece. It would have been nice to have a buffet from which we could choose the food in the restaurant in addition to having the choice of it being delivered to our room. And, very disappointingly, we didn't get breakfast on our third morning. We were really looking forward to eating what we selected the previous night and completed on the breakfast form. Yet, when we went to check out in the morning, we were handed a boxed meal which none of us wanted any of the food inside and we had to specifically ask for coffees. Maybe it seems trivial, but with the high cost of the hotel, the breakfast was a highlight and we were deprived of one of the three included breakfasts.

: The room and hotel were unfortunately the worst experience and accommodation out of our entire 5 week vacation in Europe. We were unable to use the jacuzzi as it was covered in bugs, the room stunk like mould which was extremely unhygienic when travelling with an infant, balcony was not cleaned from prior guests with food on the floor, staff left rubbish outside our door, the hotel transfer organised arrived 1 hour late. WORST ACCOMODATION AND OVERPRICED- Avoid!
