: Great location, a couple of minutes drive to two supermarkets and a short drive from multiple beaches in the area.Lovely views Tasty breakfast
: Breakfast does not start early ( from 8.30 onwards), and when you travel with a toddler, this is essential.Amazing pool facilities but can't be accessed before 10 am as it has maintenance ( chemicals) in the morning.

: Nice view, nice pool and the pool area, the location was good and quiet, a lot of green, clean, toiletries, spacious bedroom, comfortable bed, a lot of parking places, good money for value.
: The wifi on a rainy day was not good, the safe was not fixed on the wardrobe so it didn't feel very safe, a bit noisy on the time of the cleaning,

: The patio area is such a lovely setting, for breakfast or evening meal. The breakfast was excellent. Very comfortable sun loungers. Great free parking and the best views.
: Breakfast isnt served until 8.30am, so if youve got a trip planned that you need to leave for, such as a boat trip to see Mount Athos, you might not get chance to enjoy breakfast before you go. Dont stay here unless you have a car, the road is not suitable to walk along into town.

: The hotel is placed on top of a hill with a beautiful panorama view over the sea. It has beautiful palm trees gardens, nice room terraces to enjoy the view and the garden. You need the car to go to the beach. The breakfast was amazing, almost close to a brunch as a menu. Very diverse, everyday something new was added to the menu. The pool clean, large enough to accommodate easily 20 people - plus the view over the sea staying at the pool a true pleasure. The hotel is pet friendly, and the gardens around the hotel allows for morning and evening walks in the shadow - the dog loved the hotel too. The staff friendly, careful to offer the best service, even making on request cocktails and snacks - the food overall pretty decent. A must visit of the city center of Neos Marmaras - 5 minutes drive from the hotel.
: The room was not as expected - old furniture, the cleanness part very minimal for the duration of the stay (no vacuuming the room, or floor mopping). Only the garbage was taken out daily. The room cleaning services need improvement severely. The walls had some dampness here and there, making the air in room smelly if the window was kept close. The shower drain got clogged on the first use, pretty uncomfortable to shower in a tab with the soapy water up to your ankle .
