  : Friendly helpful wonderful staff across the board. Great breakfast. Great location. Easy walk to beach and chora. Clean rooms. Comfortable large bed. Parking.
  : The one thing letting it down, for us and our room was the shower. It was a corner cube polycarbonate shower which was not very good. The bathroom was big enough to have a proper shower in it. Rooms are a little small. We had a superior room with very partial beach views.

  : Location was wonderful at the end of the port, more private, but very easy access to all stores and restaurants. The breakfasts were out of this world. The pool, although much smaller than the photos were still exceedingly nice to swim inthe rooms were very clean. The staff was excellent. I chose this resort at the last minute and I am so happy I did. A few important standouts. -The front desk staff woman Rania -I cannot express enough how kind, considerate, and professional she was.I came to this island with my very close friend and her disabled daughter - my friend lost her husband three weeks ago to a very aggressive cancer, and I wanted to treat her to a handful of days of healing and restorationRania knew a bit of this story and showed such great compassion and care for the three of us
  : There was one negative experience, and that is with the massage therapist hired to be available to the hotel guests.Mikhail with Healing Art MassageMy friend and her daughter had never received a massage, so I gifted them. I also wanted one for myself as I had a very tired, achy body. he had an extremely dismissive bedside manner. So much so that I did not feel comfortable, going forward with my own massage. I wrote a review on his Facebook page and the next morning he sought me out and came aggressively to my breakfast table, confronting me about my review . I was so shaken and crying - I went to the staff. Both Rania and the hotel manager were sincerely concerned and apologetic. I hope he never does that to any other guest again and quite frankly, I think he is a deficit to an otherwise perfect, amazing hotel

  : Only front staff and manager were good and helpful. Breakfast was good for the value as well.
  : Room was ok but they didnt bother to change the sheets while we stayed. Bathroom was disgusting dirty. They didnt have any lotion or shampoo or conditioner. They mixed the shampoo and body wash in one pump bottle in the shower. The housekeeping didnt bother cleaning our room until 3 pm and while we were in our room changing to go to swim pool she told us hurry up because her shift was ending. She then just changed the towel and pull the comforter over the bed . We booked our room with garden view but we were only able to see the street. We told the front door reception and the answer was there is graded all around the hotel. They also charged us 3 Euros for 2 night government tax at checked in and requested us to pay cash only . Such a ripped off. We stayed at many hotels in Greece and they only changed 1.50 Euro for full duration of stay no matter how many nights we stayed.

  : location, bed & breakfast. All very satisfactory. But your staff were the highlight and Anthemis was an absolute delight. Helpful, cheerful, knowledgeable and personable. A credit to your establishment.
  : Shower curtains! What are you thinking ? They went out in the last ice age. You very rightly project to be a beautiful resort and are deserved of such a title but you let yourselves down with cheap, tired and not very clean shower curtains.

  : the Pool looked nice (noot heated). The grounds and outside looked like new/nice.
  : We Booked a 4 person room/suite - which cost doble a std one bedroom. But the hotel provide a small 1 bedroom w/ 5 beds (2 of which were children metal bunk beds). Upon checkin, we asked to change to 2 std rooms - no changes allowed. We offered to purchase another - available, but would be another 200 Euros. So we purchased a room at the Galaxy Resort (much nicer)

  : The location to the beach and all the restaurant were fantastic. The garden and the pool settings were very good the eating area for breakfast and drinks by the pool was very good.
  : The description of the room was that it face the garden but we were facing the entrance street to the hotel and when asked the hotel staff how come we are on 2nd floor and no garden view,they answered that all around the hotel is garden.The other complain, was the house keeping and maintenance were not adequate and sloppy. Example ; the shower drain was not working properly and not not draining. The adjustment for shower head was not working, and this showed.maintenance is not up to date.In the room description it was stated that the area of room is 51sq meter. This room (we stayed in 115) did not look 51 sq MTR.

  : Location away from the crowded port and near services. And a beach. Facility, pool and breakfast was great.
  : Reception-Check out lady was just doing her job. Not very friendly.
