: The property is in a quiet location close to Mesaria which has some restaurants and shops and is only about a 10minute bus ride into Fira. Christina was very nice to upgrade us for 2 nights and the staff were very nice and polite. Plenty of breakfast options. Overall the stay was nice for a few days.

: Its new, quiet and its 5mins away from the bus metro also from restaurants and supermarkets Its modern with a luxury feel but reasonably priced. Staff members are just Amazing and all 3 well spoken.
: On your short cancellation policy: May you kindly be more patient with time to your clients requiring Visas for visiting Greece. It takes a long time to complete the process and in my case we were supposed to visit in April but the visa appointments couldnt be scheduled.We had to change our flight tickets for August travel and our appointment only took place around 25 July. So paying for a hotel booking before Visa allocation is a tricky situation.But once I got my visa I paid promptly before arriving showing that I was committed to staying with Karat Suites regardless of the visa status.
