  : The place is near from the airport and also 800m from the central capital. The staffs speak nice English and friendly and will make you feel home. There's a pool and also they provide transfer to and from the airport (25 euro).

  : The rooms were clean and adequate, the family was lovely and very happy to help with anything.
  : It was tired, so very tired! The pool cushions were stained and dirty, the pool furniture needed re painting, and the gardens needed lots of work to remove the dead trees, plants and broken pots. I understand things have not been easy I Greece recently, but a little tlc on the property would go a long way, and not cost much at all.

  : The location is great - opposite a bus stop that can take you to the airport and everything below it, just say you want to return to karterados. The main bus station in fira is only a 15 min walk away along a straight road, to access the north of the island. There is an amazing bakery directly opposite the hotel as well as plenty of restaurants and a supermarket. It is a 15 min bus ride away from the airport and ferry port. The pool is lovely! It varies from 1m to 3.1m deep! So clean and the tiles are beautiful! We went out of season in Oct so it was not busy at all! Staff are so friendly! It's a family run hotel and the people are so genuine and have so much to share about the island. We had a twin room with a balcony. The beds were really comfy and pillows were nice. There is a small TV with local channels. The fridge is absolutely huge!!! Which is so handy as you cannot drink the tap water so you must buy bottled.
  : I wish there was a way to communicate to the cleaners if you did not want your bed/towels changed one day. I don't mind using one towel for short stays. It would have been nice to have a kettle.The size of the shower is not suitable if you are on the larger side, in that I am of an ideal weight for my height but if I turned I would knock the tap.

  : Friendly family run hotel, very accommodating. Super location. Bus stop right outside premises and one stop from the capital Fira, which is the main bus hub. From there you can get to everywhere on the Island. Rooms spacious and extremely clean-fresh towels every day. Cleaning staff were lovely. Bakery, supermarket, restaurants and bars just a few yards up the street. Transfers offered in VIP luxury limo/bus was a lovely touch and very convenient. Pool area is beautiful.
