  : I liked how close the hotel was to the beach and many other restaurants, shops etc. The hotel was quite aesthetically pleasing!! Many facilities were available which made the stay quite easier!!

  : Rooms were very clean, spacious & comfortable. Lovely large balcony or patio. The staff were amazing. Nothing was a problem for them. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful. Nice bar & pool area complete with towels though hotel is only a stones throw away from Lambi beach & a good 10 minute walk into town.
  : Can be noisy late at night for a while with a few teenage Dutch & German party goers but doesnt last long.

  : The air conditioning was the only thing we liked. It was very close to the beach and local supermarket.
  : Very disappointed for a 4 star rating. We checking in at 2245hrs and given a quick tour round the room and given a laminated guide to hotel procedures ie WiFi password. Pool opening hours etc.1030 am to 7pmAfter we checked in I noticed ants running across the kitchen counter top. The air conditioning wasn't on in the bedroom. So I tried to call reception but the telephone didn't work. So I walked back round to reception to find that security were now manning reception. I explained the situation but didn't seem to understand. He came back to the room and managed to get the air conditioning on via the one remote which we weren't shown on arrival how to operate. The ants he said he would report to management. Next morning noone contacted us and also the safety deposit wasn't working . I again had to walk round to reception and told the new receptionist about the ants and she said it was because I had left food even though we hadn't even had anything. She offered a can of ant spray and came round to look at the safety deposit box and put in new batteries. This however only lasted less than a few hours. As when we tried to open it again later on that day, It had failed again. It took another attempt before they offered us a key. On the ladt we had a late flight and we asked if we could pay for a late check out which we were told was not possible. We welcome to use the toilet and shower facilities downstairs at the pool. These were in operation until 3pm when we last used them. Atv5pm all facilities were now out of order and there was no alternative for us to use and were told to go to the beach and use those . After a bit of discussion we were told we could use the outdoor shower and change in the cleaners room where there was no lock on door and contained all the linen washing machines and chemicals. We still had no toilet facilities to use at this point and had to go to the hotelacross the road to use theirs.

  : The resort was picturesque and well maintained, v clean, lots of space with a good sized swimming pool. Great location v near to the beach, shops, places to eat and Kos Town. Staff were friendly and helpful if you had any problems. Our apartment had 2 good sized balconies with views of the sea and the mountains.
  : Couldnt get any English language channels on the TV, there is an abandoned factory in front of the resort before you get to the sea. The lock on the bathroom was broken.
