  : Food was amazing - we were on half board so each evening had soup, then a starter then main and a dessert. The options were limited as you could only really choose from two mains but what we had was delicious. The pools were beautiful, very clean and the setting is wonderful - very relaxing and undisturbed.
  : I would beg to differ that it is a '5* hotel'. The small details were not considered and we had a lot of small issues that left us feeling frustrated. We paid for a swim up pool room with a king size bed - it was two single beds pushed together with two single sheets. We had no soap in the bathroom during our stay We had fruit and water on arrival in our room but each day the bottled water was not replaced. The staff clearly had enough and weren't happy being there working and often complained/whinged to eachother in front of customers when a customer asked for something The cocktails were very average-poor. The service was SLOW. We would sit down for a drink and it would sometimes take 20-25 minutes for someone to come over even though they had seen us. Then a further period of time for them to actually arrive. We requested an iron to iron my husbands shirt - to which we were told that they do not provide irons and you have to pay for someone to come and pick your shirt up and take it away to iron it? That is a great additional service if you'd like it but this should be option - even at 5* hotels in London you can request an iron if there is not an iron in your room already. The hair dryer in our room was like being at a rubbish community centre pool - small, attached to the wall with about 0.75m of cable Sewage smells ran throughout the place inside/outside which is unpleasant. I contacted the hotel to discuss who kindly offered a discount on our next stay and have informed me that upgrades are due in spring 2024 but did not acknowledge any of my frustrations/points about the hotel.

  : Food was very good, amazing buffet breakfast, one of the best hotel breakfasts ever. Split level suite was great, hardly saw our neighbours, very private. Didn't feel busy although it was fully booked. Adults only is great.
  : It was all excellent. Would have been nice (being a Brit) to have a kettle or coffee machine in the room but a very minor point!

  : My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights for my birthday and absolutely loved our stay. We were lucky enough to be given a room upgrade (to a Vila with a private pool) and cake and fizz to celebrate my birthday. The resort and our room were beautiful, modern and super clean. We loved the landscaping and all of the Mediterranean plants and trees. The two main pools were great but our favourite was the pool by the Olive restaurant. All of the staff that we met were super friendly and helpful. The food was good and there was so much choice for breakfast. We also loved the cats! We didnt leave the hotel except for the Tsambika hike, so cant comment on the surrounding area.
  : The only slight negative for me was my spa experience, I booked the face massage but compared to other similar treatments Ive had at home in London I was a bit disappointed. But the spa itself was lovely and the staff were very helpful. Other than that everything was perfect!
