  : The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly but badly managed and inadequate (outside) for the number of people. The pool was nice when you could manage to get a sun bed and find an empty spot to swim. Food was just ok - plenty of options but I didnt find the quality very good. The spa was a nice experience and the massage was good.
  : Like most 5 star hotels in Greece, this was more comparable to a 2-3 star hotel in the rest of Europe. In reality there is one main pool that is completely mobbed with children and families from open to close. It is virtually impossible to get a sun bed near the pool and good luck trying to order anything. The only other (free) pool is at the back of the hotel and has thermal water but is small and I didnt see any sun beds. The indoor pool is nice but you have to pay extra to use it. The all inclusive buffet was just ok - lots of options but the quality for me wasnt there so I didnt eat much. The drinks were not great. I ordered a gin and tonic and couldnt even drink it it was so bad. All in all, if youre a family and want an inexpensive holiday where you dont leave the hotel then its probably good. For a couple looking to relax, I wouldnt recommend.

  : The hotel rooms were very comfortable and clean. We received nice welcoming gifts. Breakfast and dinner had a very good selection of food, and a great atmosphere.
  : We arrived during bad weather (storm and rain) and the outside pools were closed (which is understandable), but there were no alternatives for the children (the inner pool was for adults only) so there wasn't much we could do with them during our stay

  : All-inclusive meals were delicious with a lot of variety. Thermal baths and spa facilities/services were also great.

  : I like the termal bath in the hotel. And the design in the front of the hotel with all the pools. And the effort of personal. The welcome present on the room.
  : Thousand of retirees on the hotel, noisy and missing some quite feeling. Bad decision. Also the orientation on the main street.

  : We really enjoyed food, it was amazing! Great Variety and everything was tasty. The room was spacious and comfortable. Pools are great!
  : We were beaten by mosquitos all day and night. I do not think that 5-star hotel can allow this. It should have installed mosquito screens!! It is such a pity that we couldn't enjoy the fresh air because we cannot open the balcony door. Many things were bot working ( tap, fridge) but they fixed it fast. All sockets in the room apart from 2 are behind furniture and cannot access. It is very important to have a socket next to the bed.

  : The food was very tasty, cooks very talented and kind, the music band a pleasant surprise and the lady who kept the children occupied a real professional and adorable person for the children.
  : Our stay to your hotel was not as expected. It was rather disappointing. We made sure before booking that your hotel offers the services we needed, by calling to the reception. We specifically asked if there is a heated indoor swimming pool for our children and a child creative occupation as mentioned. We were affirmed that both were offered. Consequently, we made the booking. When we arrived at the hotel and tried to use the indoor pool we were forbidden of doing so, informed that children disturb the adults who use the wellbeing premises and thus do not allow them to use the only indoor unheated (as we later figured out) pool. The exterior pool was cold and we could not put the health of our children in jeopardy, so it was used only once. You can easily understand that we feel deceived. When complained to the reception, we were told the manager will contact us. Till now, nobody has been in contact with us. Under this development we conclude that your hotel is family and child unfriendly. The worst is the way your managing team manages complains, by ignoring them. It is important that you ask this follow up feedback though and we really appreciate it. Last, need to mention that the situation with the mosquitos in the area is unbearable, the room they put us was not easily accessible with the baby strollers and we had to climb stairs or change lifts and floors to arrive to the reception, even though our room was located in the ground floor.
