  : Property is in good location not far from the beach strip and restaurants but far away enough to be nice and peaceful. Must note that the hotel is right at the top of the hill so the walk up may be a bit of a struggle for some. Rooms were nice and spacious and main pool area was lovely and well kept. Calm and quiet atmosphere. Room service food was delicious and the girls at reception were very helpful.
  : Unfortunately I was pretty disappointed overall with the facilities at the hotel. Being a 4 * and for what I paid it didnt live up to my expectations. Furniture was a bit tatty and rooms were very outdated. We had a junior suite with a private pool which was nice but the sun lounge cushions were stained and the parasol was broken. Also a couple of the outside pool lights were broken which I did mention to reception twice but nothing was done, so was quite dark when we wanted to use the pool at night. TV was useless satellite didnt work which I also mentioned to reception and it was fixed the same day but signsl was still pretty poor and kept buffering so gave up on it in the end. Air conditioning could also do with being improved as there is one by the bed but its now powerful enough to reach the suite area and the rooms get a little stuffy. Lock on our room door was so fiddly we had loud of trouble with it when entering and leaving the room. No lock on bathroom door - handle was broken. Coffee machine was broken. Only had breakfast once even though it was included with our room as our experience wasnt great. Eggs and beans were stone cold - I dont think there heaters work which was a shame as put us off for the rest of our stay. Rest of our breakfast wasnt too bad, and there was a pretty good selection. Also electricity went off 3 times throughout our stay which obviously isnt ideal.

  : The staff were pleasant and friendly, even if they didnt speak English they always tried to help.
  : - The room was tired, budget two star at most, 80s style. Definitely not like the picture we saw online! False advertising. - there was no sofa in the room- false advertising. The room we booked had a sofa in room description. - there were metal banging noises outside the balcony between 1-2am. We could hear our neighbours also. From around 6-7am more noise outside. Dont dream about having a lie in after a late night flight. From 5:30am UK time (7:30am Greek time) the housekeeping staff are making lots of noise and have loud conversations. We didnt sleep all night. - the aircon barely worked- v old, and was leaking water, so made a dripping noise. The room was v hot. - the bathroom had an eggy smell - the toilet didnt flash properly - no tea and coffee making facilities- false advertising. When we asked, we were given a rusty kettle and 3 herbal tea bags and were told yea and coffee was at breakfast. The room listing specifically states tea AND coffee making facilities in the room. This was important to us. No milk either, of course. - the mini fridge didnt work, it was warm inside and smelled awful! - we did complain to reception after check in and were told there was no manager and that we had to stay in that room. We were told to come back at 11am next morning. As we didnt sleep we were on the phone to Booking.com since 7:30am. The general manager reviewed our case and we were asked to pay 130 euros instead of 178 for that night! We were shocked. The experience was horrific. We will be seeking compensation. We had to move to another hotel, which we had to find ans book ourselves and also pay for a taxi to get there. No problems at the new hotel, its lovely. All of this was the beginning of our honeymoon.
