  : Exceptional breakfast. Very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and clean.
  : The only thing that i can complain about is WiFi. Outside the room/on the terrace is working well, but no connectivity inside the room.

  : The personnel was really nice and helpful, Eleni was very nice also, with good mood and smiles she greeted us every day. The location is intimate, but a little far from any markets, restaurants of other facilities, but at least we could rest well at night. Also we almost had the pool for ourselves. The breakfast was good, though I should make some recommendations to add more stuff. They also served food in the room and that was great because sometimes we did not have any time to go to restaurants and they brought us the food to our room.
  : The villas are not 4* at all. The rooms are really small, the bathrooms as well, I don't thing I have ever used a bathroom that small. The furniture is old and outdated. There are things that are checked but are not usable, for instance: the washing machine. It was rusted and I wouldn't wash my clothes in it, Also, they had a dishwasher and I would have appreciated some tablets for it (it's a small thing, and cheap, and the guests shouldn't have to buy an entire box - we left the remaining tablets in the room). I would appreciate a coffee machine - a 4 star should have that. Also, in the area, there are problems with the water, so there were days when we run out of water. We called the staff, and they helped us immediately, but for us, it was a stress that if we used too much, than we run out. I know that the prices went high this year, but I think it was too expensive for the investments made there lately. The Hotel is named Polyastron Hotel and Spa, I haven't seen the spa, for everything it was at least a 10 euros tax per person (jacuzzi, sauna) and the massage has to be done with a programming before, also we did not receive any useful information upfront. This is not a comment for the hotel, but this year, the entire Kassandra arm of Halkidiki was very expensive and touristic. For instance, at taverns they served fresh fish for prices between 75 and 120 euros per Kilo (dorada, seabass, etc) Greece is surrounded by water and has lots of fish so it seems touristic and expensive. We've been to Greece before. Also the olive oil was about 12 euros per 750ml where last year we bought it for 5 or 6 (per kilo). The road taxes were the same as last year.

  : The amenities were great, it had a lovely outdoor area which was perfect for our weekend getaway. Highlight to the amazing breakfast and the host friendliness and will to serve.

  : Best things about our stay: perfect location, great landscaping, very friendly employees, delicious food & reasonable prices. Especially Eleni is very attentive host but everyone was very friendly and hard working. We feel like we're at home. I would definitely stay again in Sani Polyastron.
  : There were mosquitos everywhere and that's why we couldn't use our patio :( The cleaning system of the pool is old. So they clean its surface every morning but its not enough.
