: The view from the hotel is great, overlooking the lake, mountains and the city. The bed and pillows is amazing, great sleep. The waitress at breakfast was the most smiling and serviceminded employee we met. Good size pool and easy psrking.
: It was dirty in the pool during out 2 days stay. The outside facility in the restaurant was very dirty, bird droppings on every chair, and the glass shiield. The food we had in the restaurant was frozen item which had been heated ( my guess is microwave)burned bread. Needless to say, we only used the restaurant once.We stayed out of season, and the facilities looked tiredthe drains in the room needs to be cleaned for easy waterflow.

: Nothing stands out as being luxury or boutique in this hotel.....
: Cleanliness in public areas disappointing, particularly the lower veranda where all chairs had a lot of insect droppings, unswept floor, and dusty surfaces in general. The bar..... wasn't a bar as would be expected, simply a few bottles on a counter, very disappointing Dining area not air conditioned and gloomy. Bathroom shower fittings corroded and bad leak from shower screen onto the shiny tiled floor (dangerous)

  : The view
: The bathroom needs to be refurbished,Water is splashing from the shower and wetting the floor, Very weak water pressure, no body lotion.A spa hotel is not supposed to charge 25 euro entrance fee to the spa.Very thin walls, you can hear the people in the next room and slamming of doors. The internet hardly works.

: Unfortunately, we did not love our stay here. The staff was very nice, but there were too many details that were off. They 'upgraded' our room but the upgraded room was a bit strange and I didn't realize it until it was too late. The balcony had a lovely view.
: There were a number of things that weren't great. First the wifi was terrible - we could not pick up a signal in our room which was directly above reception. I kept having to come down to connect and hope the connection stayed. When you are traveling out of the country, you rely on the wifi to stay in touch and having it not work is really a problem. The pool was nice, but for some reason the pool on the ground floor required walking up 10 steps and then back down 5 steps. My 87-year father did not love the steps that seemed unnecessary. Also, the music they were playing was terrible pop, and it played on loop - we heard the same 8 songs like 5 times. We asked one of the staff to see about changing it or at least turning it down, but it never happened. It was the music for the restaurant and no one was even in the restaurant including staff at that time, so it seems like that could have been accommodated. The hotel was also right next to a home with some farm animals; there were two goats or sheep bleating loudly while we were dozing by the pool in the afternoon - needless to stay, we didn't doze for long - and there was a rooster, and we all know how that goes. The breakfast was ok - not a great selection, and the seats that didn't require steps were quite hot, inside an enclosure, with no air circulation. It would have been nice to be outside, but I wasn't dragging my 87-year old father up and down more steps unnecessarily. The woman at the desk gave us a box of the local tea when we left, which was nice, but didn't really make up for what I felt was a sub-par stay. I also think the products in the bathroom were bottles that have been re-used and are just being re-filled for the next guest, which is a little weird.

  : Not much
: This hotel looked terrific on the website but was disappointing, not helped by the bad weather we experienced. Our suite was in a separate wing so we had to go out into the rain to enter the main hotel. It was a decent sized room but double height with a mezzanine hosting another double bed. This would probably work if you had children but was a literal waste of space for a couple. Talking of children - the walls are thin so you could hear them running up and down the corridor in the mornings. The suite was basically equipped, a kettle with sachets of instant coffee, cheap toiletries and an air conditioner unit that wouldnt turn off! We ended up turning off the electricity overnight to stop it constantly turning on with a beep which woke us. The wardrobe was small. The bathroom had a leaky hand shower over the bath with a too small shower screen so the floor flooded. Breakfast was average, coffee from a thermos jug, the only fruit was a fruit bowl but there were a lot of pastries. The buffet wasn't replenished unless you asked. The restaurant was open but empty at night so you really needed to drive into town to get dinner. The 'gym' was a small room crammed with weights and machines with a tiny window and no air conditioning.
