  : Grate location, beautiful view of the caldera, large shower, big comfy bed, swimming pool is also large considering the area, and it also has a deep area where you can really swim. The staff was nice and accommodating, caring for our every need, they even provide towels for the pool.
  : First of all, it was not extremly clean, it gives you a genral sense of luxury, the first time you see it, but when you look closely, there is dust in some corners of the room, hair that was not ours, some rust on the swimming pool stairs and small details that you only see on a closer look. I would expect cleaning to take first place in any hotel. Also the worst of all, we suspect sheets were not changed in our room, because of some stains on the sheets, that we only noticed late in the night when we went to sleep and there wasn't anyone left at reception at that time. Also, they provide a Duvet cover in the middle of the summer, we've also noticed this late at night. It was too cold without anything and way too warm with the Duvet, there was no alternative sheet in the room, and no place to deposit the Duvet, so our sleep was very poor because of this. We only had one night here, so we did not point these out to the staff. Another bad point is the lack of any wardrobe or any other piece of furniture where you could deposit clothes, there is just a few hangers and that's it, not even a place for the luggage.
