  : Potentially beautiful hotel, beautiful view and on the trail between Fira and Oia.
  : Service was poor, swimming pools were freezing, staff was unintuitive. Management overcharges for transportation and did not acknowledge my comment response until I reach out again. This was not a five star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. I cannot express my level of disappointment. The two -bedroom mattresses were uncomfortable/old, the couch did not fit four people comfortably.

  : Peaceful location, amazing view from the restaurant, especially at sunset. The very nice, respectful, kind and helpful staff, all from the cleaning people, drivers, reception, bartenders, chefs deserve 5 stars.
  : Simple and old room. Intentionally don't show pictures of the cameras on the website because it is disappointing compared to the rest of the location. Everything in the room, the terrace and the pool needs renovation. My vacation in Santorini was overshadowed by the stay at this location. Excessively high price, for a minimum of comfort.

  : Beautiful property. Excellent staff and a delicious breakfast. Wonderful view and most unbelievable sunsets. Gorgeous restaurant. Walking path to Fira or Ia. Nice spa. Infinity pool on 2nd floor of our Cosmos room was the greatest of all. The most beautiful view Not far from airport
  : The gym could be better. It needs to be updated. Treadmill makes a lot of noise and its bothersome to others.

  : Andronis Concept Wellness is one hotel in a handful scattered through Greece.The hotel grounds are very I keeping with the Greek Cycladic esthetic and this particular resort is committed to environmental sustainability. It is situated just outside of the village Imerovigli but easily accessible from any one of the other major villages as well (Oia and Fira). We a transfer pick up from airport and it was in time and professional in a stylish white Tesla! I also communicated with the staff through my booking website several times prior to or visits and they were also prompt and informative in their responses.We booked the Cozy Suite and the room was super cute with all needed amenities. It also has a killer view of the caldera. The pool is heated so no worries for those chilly moments. Bed was comfy, it is found so if you are unusually tall your feet may hang off a bit. Wonderful view from laying in the bed also!The staff at Andronis Concept were all SUPER friendly and accommodating. They have aWhatsApp set up so that you can communicate with the reception staff at any point at any time from anywhere in the island. They are Turk at your disposal and helped us with EVERYTHING from arrow ing taxis, reserving tours, and even helping us set up ATV rentals which can conveniently be transacted right in the resort reception area!We ate breakfast every morning at the feature t which in and of itself has killer views. The staff was extremely friendly in the restaurant as well.We did not use the pool or spa facilities during our stay but we did see them during our check in tour and truly look fabulous.All in all, Andronis concept is definitely a so option here in Santorini.

  : We loved the views, the breakfast, the location and the service provided by the staff.
  : 3 things which would not bring me back to an Andronis hotel. 1) Our bathroom was smelly and the smell came into our room. When we pay more than 1,000 euros for a room, we expect the room to have no smell. We would rather have a smaller room without a view than having a room which smells. Unacceptable. 2) We were told by the reception staff (the day before our ferry ride) that there is a lounge at the port we can use while we wait for the ferry. The day we were checking out, they insisted there was no lounge and we found it very strange. Then we asked the driver to take us to the lounge and he took us there. Once again, unacceptable behavior from a hotel which is supposed to be for premium clients and our staff is lying to your customers. 3) We were asked if we wanted to book a ride to the ferry dock. We said we were going to use an outside company since it was cheaper. They asked how much we were paying and we said 40 euros. They told us the hotel can give you the same rate and we accepted and cancelled our other reservation. The night before check out, we were reconfirming our hotel car and the staff said it was booked at 60 euros. We explained to here that we were offered 40 euros and therefore we booked with the hotel. She said OK, we will change it. When I got the bill at check out, it was still 60 euros. Once again, this kind of detail is important if you want to cater to high end clients. It's not about the money, it's about the principal and getting the small things right. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the hotel and staff were great, the location and views were stunning. Until you cannot address and solve the above 3 issues consistently for your customers, you will have a hard time retaining high end clients.
