  : I love the concept of the villa and theres swimming pool. Our room is situated with a sea view and its so breathtaking.
  : Our hot water was not working and the beds in the room didnt have air conditioner. I also wish theres more lighta installed as it is a bit gloomy and spooky in the room.

  : Some of the staff were nice, the studios look nice, and so does the garden. The bathrooms are new, the mattress was good (once you remove the mattress topper), lots of space...
  : Very difficult to access (and find) both by car and walking. When we were getting the bed ready we noticed the kind of frame it was fitted into was very dusty and there were cobwebs around. So we moved the mattress to dust it... And we found a huge amunt of dead insects, dust and junk under it. We cleaned as we could but it was still dusty so we moved the mattress to another room to sleep. During the two nights we spent there, the mosquitoes (no mosquito nets!) and a strange, intermittent and loud humming electric noise kept us awake all night (on the last morning we found out there was a room with a generator (?) next to our studio... we had been given the noisy one even though many other studios were unoccupied). When checking out, after encountering the cleaners who have us irritated persistent looks we didn't understand, we were questioned at the reception about the mattress: had we put it back in its frame? (yes we had!). Not nice; besides, the cleaners must have known very well why the mattress had been moved.

  : The complex was nice , with a decent size pool . Views of the sea in the far distance.
  : Rooms was basic ,could have done with a deep clean and decorating. Kitchen facilities were not the best . The oven was a waste of time . Either didn't cook or burnt the food , when opening and closing the door the whole thing was very wobbly. Not enough cutlery had to ask for more . Also only had 2 shot glasses and when I asked for glasses for our room I was told there was a problem with glasses and didn't get any...Didn't have enough bedding or towels had to ask for them too. We were under the impression beach towel were supplied so we didn't take any , but you have to hire them . If you use the pool loungers at the bottom end of the pool you get fowl smells of sewage. As they are situated near the toilets .Couldn't sit on the balcony in our apartment because of the tench of sewage . Also there was lots of groups of young people as hersonissos is a bit of a party place for young ones . The majority of the groups were very nice. There was one particular group in the apartment below were playing loud music past midnight and throw drink over our windows,. Plus they were setting the fire extinguisher off - very annoying . But worse than all this was the two dodge air conditioning units on the wooden roof above our room . I promise you it sounded like the whole room was vibrating when the below apartment had there air con on . It was awful . We were exhausted when we came home due to lack of sleep. Location- a good walk to the beach down hill and a hike back up to magia village apartment. The walk is not pleasant and no good for those with poor mobility. Breakfast was included and to be honest I wish it wasn't, Would not recommend this property. Sad really because this complex could be an amazing.
