  : The hotel's pool and surrounding grounds are beautiful and the location can't be beat. It was very quiet and a quick walk to all the restaurants in Chora. Breakfast was nice and having a bar for coffee and drinks by the pool all day was wonderful.
  : The rooms are a bit dated and could use a little refreshing, but are spacious and comfortable enough.

  : the pool area was very nice and our rooms were what we expected
  : I had booked 3 rooms for 4 days and 1 room for 5 days and we were given the old rooms as we later found out some rooms had been updated and these rooms were situated between our old rooms when I had asked if our family could be close to each other. The reception staff did not greet you or smile and we got the impression that we were unwelcome at the resort. The breakfast staff were very brisk with us and when we asked for more bacon as the bacon tray was empty they said there was no more although breakfast had not finished. My son stood in the wading pool next to the main pool and got blue paint all over his feet and staff did nothing to help. The cleaning staff were pleasant but not very good at their job as we had to ask for towels and toilet paper. At the time of our stay the days were very hot and we were given 2 bottles of water on the first day. After the first day we were not given any complimentary water. On the third day at 9pm one of our group asked at reception for some water as he thought the cleaning staff forgot to leave some and he had to take some medication. The reception said that they don't give complimentary water after the first day and my husband asked if he could buy a bottle of water from the bar. He was told the bar was closed and that he had to walk to the village and buy water at the supermarket. For a so called resort and spa you would think there would be water available for the guests!!! My husband was very polite and commented that this was not good service; at this point the manager came out of his office SCREAMING AT MY HUSBAND "WHAT IS IT THAT YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THE BAR IS CLOSED GO TO THE VILLAGE AND BUY SOME WATER WE ARE NOT HERE 24/7. Other guests heard the commotion and couldn't believe the manager's attitude. All in all the stay was not as pleasant as it should have been as most of the guests including us were in Follegandros for a wedding.
