  : The hotel owner moved us to a different hotel in a different town without any notice. The room in the new hotel was outdated and the location was quite far from the town of Fira. We ended up booking different accommodations. When we tried to reach out to the owner about a refund as our hotel/room was not what we booked, we received no response despite multiple attempts to reach him.

  : The shower was attached to the wall
  : Pool empty, building work going on outside room, which had door open and therefore dusty room. Zero facilities and 15 minutes walk uphill to even get water.Rude owner, who when I arrived I had to call after messaging to tell him I arrived, then he pointed at the room and left.Messages for Wi-Fi code, no response. Then owner woke me 2 hours pre check out to say he was a taxi and pay him, I was going to another hotel - 6 min drive, he wanted 30 euro and me to pay him to stay another night, having no taxi options and wanting to escape, I took the ride, it was fast and dangerous driving where he stopped to visit a friend and chat up 2 separate ladies as he said I love the ladiesAvoid at all costs, otherwise you will be stranded. I met 2 guests on arrival, who said phone him as doesnt respond to messages and 2 arriving - who described the place as awful.

  : Wasnt even given the room we booked at this Resort as it was under construction and my daughter was driven to an entirely different and very substandard room in a different location where the construction workers were housed and insects running all around the floor.
  : Didnt even get given the booking at the property we made or advised prior that it was under construction and not available! Totally ripped off and following up for a full refund as my daughter had to move location straight away to a hostel. She was told the bathroom available was just for her but it was actually shared by the construction workers. Someone (a staff member??) walked in on her in her room when she was getting dressed despite her calling out wait Im getting dressed and he walked straight in on a 19 yo young woman who was put in accommodation surrounded by construction workers. There was also no phone reception or wifi in the room she was given and had to stand outside in the alleyway to get any reception. An extremely stressful situation as I had had to return to Australia following the death of my father and couldnt join my daughter for our holiday in Santorini and this is what she had to deal with.
