: great location, great views, air conditioning throughout
: Iron doesnt work, WiFi stopped working after 1st day and even when it worked, was spotty. Couldnt store our luggage at the condo and had to drop our luggage off at a luggage storage place after checking out because our flight out wasnt until later.

: The villa was fantastic. Perfect location, beautiful views, multiple decks with plenty of spaces to hang out together or separately. It has a large living room for hanging out indoors as well.
: The second bedroom on the first floor is small and dark.

: It was perfectly located and the views of the caldera were AMAZING. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was perfect for 3 couples. The property manager, Deena was very welcoming and informative.
: The beds were too firm and the main bedroom bed slats creaked. The main area heating and AC controls were sluggish to respond. There were not enough paper products for the kitchen and 3 bathrooms.

: Gorgeous views and great location.
: Property is not accessible via car so there is a lengthy walk to get luggage to the villa and there is no staff to help. For the rates we paid there should be more amenities. The villa was not cleaned regularly. Our last day the beds were not even made and the kitchen was not restocked (coffee pods, paper towels etc.) When we turned the shower on, it smelled like rotten eggs. We were told nothing could be done about it. Inside was also not as new as pictures would indicate. I would not stay here again.
