  : The staff were very friendly.
  : The beds were uncomfortable. The room was not particularly clean even after requested cleaning. A request for an additional pillow could not be met on the day of arrival.

  : The stuff are friendly, polite and always happy to answer any questions you have about the city.
  : During our arrival to the accommodation, no one was on the reception. We had to give a call and wait for approximate 15 minutes and another 30 minutes for the check out! Also, when we arrived to our room ,exhausted and thirsty from the high temperatures, there was a fridge with not a single bottle of water inside! I know communication could be improved but as for the second it's common sense to have a single bottle of water.

  : Nice room with a wardrobe and a small fridge. Bathroom with all facilities.Polite host. I would prefer to have the receipt the moment of payment or at least before I leave the island.
  : It was about 25 mins walking to Ermoupoli. Bathroom door needed fixing as well as shower door (we had difficulty in opening and closing shower doors). We asked twice for toilet paper - there was half left when we arrived - and we finally got it in the afternoon. I received the receipt of payment two days after I paid. Our host was polite and willing to help but did not offer much of information ( about public transport or baggage drop off ).
