  : Nice big room, clean and close to the airport. Friendly staff and allowed an early check in.
  : There was a smell (came and went). Not walking distance to town- (but the bus is close and very easy to catch.)

  : The garden and the swimming pool area in particular. Beautiful lawn with lots of blooming trees. There were lots of comfortable chairs around the pool to relax under a tree with a cold drink.
  : The shower hanger was broken, the toilet didn't flush well, the bed was rock hard and the dog next door was barking for 24 hours.

  : Polite staff , spacy gardens and parking lot, nice pool and quiet place
  : We had booked 1 apartment with 2 bedrooms (since we travelled with our kids aged 7 and 5 years old ) but instead they gave us 2 separate 1 bedroom apartments next to each other - off course we couldn't use the other one and leave a 7 and 5 year old alone at night at a separate appartment, so we had to stay all of us in one apartment and the kids slept in the couch in the living room-definitely not comfy and not what we paid for. Moreover the door in the shower cabinet was shaky and got misplaced easily.

  : Good location - shop, cafe and restaurants all in walking distance. The bus stop into the old town is right outside the hotel. The staff are lovely - very helpful and friendly. The room was perfect - spacious, clean and had everything we needed.

  : the place is extremely filthy and moldy, and insects are in every corner, even in the kitchen sink. The smell of the place is very unpleasant and annoying. The area surrounding the resort has construction work, and the sound of bulldozers did not make us sleep comfortably, as construction work began early in the morning. The hotel owner is dishonest and manipulated us regarding the reservation and refused to return the amount to us after we learned of his manipulation. I reserved an apartment for 1 night for a family of 2 adults and 3 children aged 11, 7, and 3. I received two separate lodges (rooms) with separate entrances (room 408 and room 409). When I spoke to the receptionist at the time he told me this was what I booked and the naming convention for an apartment according to him and the owners is one lodge with a bedroom and a kitchen and one lodge with only a bathroom. Upon verifying my booking, it showed an apartment. I later spoke to the owner and told him the listing was for an apartment and I received two separate accommodations, one with a bedroom and one studio apartment. I told him I would expect a refund and to be charged for a single room apartment and returned the second key, as I am not willing to split up my family for a night during my trip. He informed me that I should raise the issue with booking.com directly and that I would not receive a refund for the second separate room. The listing clearly states a two-bedroom apartment. As of now I have returned the key to room 409 to the receptionist and I am staying in room 408.

  : Sounded good, the lady at reception was very good. The lady on reception was very good, she attended immediately to several problems we found on arrival. Cutlery was deficient, not right amount for just two people.There was no kitchen towel to dry dishes. A threatening notice, if you dont wash and clean there is a 50 euro charge.The toilet cistern did not work. There was no coffee machine as pictured in the photos on booking.com.All these issues should not have occurred in a self claimed luxury resort, but were attended to promptly, thank you. We didnt complain about the light not working in the bathroom, nor the poor quality and operation of the taps in the kitchenette.
  : Apart from the remarks above, This morning, there was no hot water, we ran the hot tap and shower for 15 minutes hoping it would get hot, but it didnt. We could not have a shower. We boiled water in the kettle to have a wash, the bathroom sink plug slowly leaked, so even a wash had to be brief.This is not what we expected from a resort claiming luxury. I have reported this to the property, allowing a day for them to get back to us and apologise and make refund, before reporting this on booking.com, but nothing back from them, thus treating us with contempt. A real disappointment.
