  : I booked something called a junior suite at a 4-star hotel, this might be a 2-star acommodation. At check in we were escorted to our lodging in another building in a shady looking back alley, expectations of the acommodation were in no way met. Had I seen pictures of this place upon booking we never would have chosen the hotel, it looks like information about the acommodation has been updated since.We immediately booked another hotel to stay at.

  : The hotel is located very close to the harbour and center, but in a place that's not as crowded and loud. The building and room look great and are super comfy. The breakfast was very good. The staff are very nice and helpful with tips.
  : Even though the room and bathroom are furnished and decorated with a lot of good taste and classic furniture it's kind of difficult when you take a shower because you end up splashing the whole bathroom.

  : 1. Location: Your hotel's location is simply outstanding. Being in the heart of Chania, I found myself immersed in the charm and beauty of this historic city. The proximity to local attractions, restaurants, and the stunning waterfront made my stay even more enjoyable. I couldn't have asked for a better location to explore all that Chania has to offer. 2. Cleanliness: The level of cleanliness at your hotel is commendable. My room was immaculate upon arrival, and the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay was truly impressive. It's evident that your staff takes great pride in ensuring a pristine environment for guests, and it made me feel comfortable and safe during my visit. 3. Beds and Rooms: I must say that the quality of the beds and the overall room experience exceeded my expectations. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and I had some of the best nights' sleep during my stay. The room itself was not only aesthetically pleasing but also thoughtfully designed for convenience and comfort. It truly felt like a home away from home.
  : While many aspects of my stay were satisfactory, I feel compelled to mention that I found the staff's demeanor to be less than friendly.

  : The accomodation is very spacious and clean. Elefeneris was very kind and accomodating. The place is very near to tourist spots. Everything about the place is exceptional and the breakfast is all tasty.
