  : The host Johnny met us at his base Kefalonia Travel on the seafront by the bus stop and took us in his jeep up to the apartment, which was very welcomed! The pink and white block of six apartments is centrally located in Ayia Efthimia, up a hill behind the seafront tavernas. There are then 20 or so steps, with a rail, outside before reaching the apartments. It is well worth the climb for the spectacular panoramic view over the bay and countryside, but this may be challenging for those with mobility and balance issues. The apartments are spacious, simply decorated with tasteful wooden furniture. The balconies are of variable size, the higher apartments having the better unobscured views. Each apartment's balcony has good quality chairs and table, and a drying rack. The kitchenette has a large fridge, kettle, coffee filter and small grill oven with two hob rings. We really enjoyed our relaxing stay and will definitely be back!
  : A few extras in the kitchen would be useful...chopping board, mugs, The sheets provided were nice quality but barely covered the mattress topper, let alone the mattress and the bed was not made up properly. Also a lightweight throw/bedspread would be useful for chillier evenings. The blanket provided was too heavy.
