  : The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We found the lady who catered for our breakfasts during the week especially friendly and funny. The roof top breakfast area was lovely with a great view.
  : 1, The Wi-Fi was very slow 2. The Radefy App with the Room Key decided to stop working halfway through the stay and we had to revert to a proper key. 3. Whilst the room was very stylish it was also the worst room I have ever stayed in for storage facilities. We had one drawer and a rail suspended from the ceiling to hang clothes from. I expect a hotel room to provide suitable bedside storage units, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. I don't live in this kind of mess at home and found being in the room very distressing due to the mess of all our belongings out on display. We'll be going back to Athens as we loved the city but no way will we go back to the same hotel.

  : The staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful, always happy to see us, chat and be helpful. Location was excellent, super close to everywhere we wanted to go for walking and lots of food options nearby.
  : The room was quite small for the amount we paid for it, the air conditioning didn't work unless the power was turned off for the rest of the room, breakfast was quite expensive on top of the room cost so we didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

  : Staff were amazing, in particular Christina (I think that was her name) who worked the breakfast in the mornings. The location is great, it's a really cool part of town with awesome restaurants nearby.The bedroom was clean and the best was large and very comfortable. The aircon worked excellently. The breakfast food was nice.
  : The online/app system for booking breakfast is not the best. It isn't clear if you should put separate orders per person, or one big order of everything your party is going to consume. They only have one person preparing and serving the breakfast so if anything has gone wrong, such as the order not coming through clearly, there is limited flexibility and I felt I did not want to further burden the staff. There is no soundproofing on the windows so on a Saturday night you will hear a lot from the street until the early hours (2-3pm) and then you will be awoken at 0730 and 0830 by church bells directly opposite which is not ideal if you are wanting to be well rested before further travelling. The pool has sand and grit from previous use on the floor of it which isn't exactly the nicest thing but aware we probably went in before it was cleaning day. This is the sister hotel or a larger main hotel about 10min walk away and you can tell. It feels a bit like the forgotten lesser sibling. It was nice enough and I just wanted to explain the faults we found that other people might find deal-breakers and potentially might stop us from staying here again if we came back. I think for the price (350 for two nights) I would probably look at another option nearby when returning.

  : The location is great, in a very lively neighborhood close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Acropolis is within walking distance. The hotel is small, quiet and modern and what we liked the most were the people. Always friendly and helpful. And the breakfast service by Christina was just perfect. Will stay here agian, thank you.
