  : We recently stayed at hotel for an event, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the key points:1.Air Conditioning Woes: The air conditioning in our room was malfunctioning, leaving us with a sweltering 28C (82F) temperature throughout the day. Despite our repeated requests, the cold air simply wouldnt kick in.2.Uniform Problem: Surprisingly, all four rooms we booked faced the same air conditioning issue. Its disappointing that this wasnt addressed promptly.3.Discount Offer: The hotel management offered a 20% discount for future bookings as compensation. However, given our unpleasant stay, we believe this falls short of addressing the inconvenience we endured.4 Noise from the Road: Additionally, the rooms were plagued by noise from the nearby road. It disrupted our sleep and overall comfort.5.Sunlight Wake-Up Calls: The lack of effective sunblocker blinds meant that we were rudely awakened by the morning sun each day. This significantly impacted our rest.6.Responsiveness: On a positive note, the hotel did respond to our messages, but unfortunately, the solutions provided were insufficient.In summary, our stay was marred by air conditioning troubles, road noise, and inadequate room amenities. We hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves its services for future guests

  : - good value for money- the room was spacious and apart from some details (broken door on the bathroom) nicely renovated- seamless contactless check-in experience
  : Even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarettes the whole duration of the stay, I could not get it out of there.The bed was a bit too soft

  : Our flight was in the evening, so we asked hosts to leave the key in the locker. Check in process was very smooth. The room was comfy and it had everything we needed. The location is not bad, however not close to metro stations.

  : The bed was not comfortable. It had sunk on one side and it was not at all comfortable.

  : A pleasant place to stay, very good price-quality ratio.
  : The bed is made of two mattresses, so there is a hole in the middle, the TV remote control is broken (middle wheel), the toilet bowl is cracked, there is no partition in the shower to prevent water from splashing all over the bathroom.
