  : We loved the room, very modern, and great location - everything in the historic center was within walking distance, lots of restaurants, and cafes, there is a grocery store in the back of the building, unfortunately we noticed it on the last day.
  : The room was not ready when we arrived, we had to wait to get in (the owner sent cleaning crews and they had a key). The room was a mess and we had to wait for it to be cleaned up; also, someone had turned off the water heater (it was off on the electrical panel) and we only had cold water. We stayed in the hotel for two nights and had to take cold showers on the second day. I didn't realize this until the third day of our stay, (didn't realize it was turned off on the switchboard). Also no one came the next day to clean the room or make the bed...... There was a kettle and coffee maker in the room, but no complimentary coffee or tea. I contacted the owner and was promised this would be taken care of, but it seems to be done for the next visitors.....

  : good location in city center.
  : For checkin we had to collect keys from different locations, when arriving with 4 suitcases that is not convenient at all. All the mornings crazy construction noises did not allow to sleep. Appartements located in some shopping center backyards, you have to go with worn elevator through some storage like rooms. Apartement itself is quite worn, and need maintenance. In the bathroom falling apart. Night light button is broken. You have to switch on the boiler to get the hot water, and wait. you have to go through the storage backyards to get to the room, going with some service elevator. Beds are way too soft.

  : Location is perfect, right in the center of Athens. Nice kitchen.
  : Very loud at night. Not enough amenities like shower gel. The bed was very mushy like. Theres a church very close by which rings at night. Shower head was leaking. Not easy to find the place.
