  : The property was clean and generously supplied. The location is perfect for enjoying the Exarhia district and the centre (and metro) of Athens is easily accessible by foot.
  : The very small shower-room/WC is difficult to negotiate, especially with the door opening inwards, rather than outwards. Fortunately, we are both slim and moderately agile. The shower fitting is flimsy, so one fears it dropping down on ones head and the water temperature very difficult to gage. The green emergency exit light is placed directly opposite the bed and glares in the dark, making sleep difficult. The terrace could do with a makeover, especially the faux grass, which makes it look tacky.Perhaps the worst of all, was the computered entry lock, which on one occasion malfunctioned, with lights flashing and no button working. Despite assurance that the owner was accessible at all times on the number provided, I was obliged to leave three voice messages, which were not responded to. I also sent an email by mobile. This was around 4.00 pm. After half an hour the entry lock calmed down, the lights stopped flashing and we could again use the buttons and enter the building. I got a reply to my email from the owner at around 8.30 pm.

  : well located very close to many restaurants in a very unique part of Athens. Good size and cleaned apartments.

  : Beautiful balcony and very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly over WhatsApp and helped with an early check in that we needed.
  : The decor bathroom was the only thing that wasn't at the same standard as the rest of the apartment. Although, the bathroom worked perfectly fine.

  : location: 15 minutes walk to 2 metro lines - lots of local restaurants and bakeries and shops, ideal location. staff: extremely helpful and quick to respond to any issuesspace: having a private garden in Athens was an absolute blessing, especially to relax after a long day sight seeing! bathroom: absolutely no issues (was concerned after seeing some of the reviews) it is compact - but does the job, lovely shower. bathroom light didnt work we have notified staff to replace. garden: in the photos it shows a triangle awning/covering but this was missing please definitely replace or consider an umbrella for garden! garden is in full sun/no shade from 12 through to 4ish!
  : noise: the noise didnt bother us as we are from London, but do not stay here if you want peace and quiet!! the balcony is over the main road which is very noisy from street traffic day and evening. it is not quiet. updates: flat just needs a little bit of TLC and updating - the egg chair is on its last legs (but still very comfy) bathroom light and bed side light didnt work, just needs a bit of investing. hygiene: absolutely fine but just not up to my standards perhaps - bathroom and kitchen couldve been cleaner. we had to re wash plates etc before we could use them.
