  : The terrace has a superb view of acropolis which is the biggest win for this room. The bed was comfy and the room has air conditioning which is really great. The host is mindful of little things to make it a pleasant experience with things like first aid kit, room slippers, awning, candles etc. Provides handy instructions about using hot water boiler, awning etc.
  : I think hotels are much more simple and easier. You can get so much more for lesser prices. There are many rooftop bars with a view where you can enjoy decent food and drinks with a great ambience. This room is big enough for a single person, two can fit too but would be crowded. There's no cleaning service so keep that in mind if you are staying for over two days or want to eat/drink on the roof as you will have to clean up yourself. In my opinion, it's better to dine out as a tourist and feel the city vibe. One has to take all sorts of responsibility from finding keys (the box is quite difficult to open), too many keys to juggle through and find the right ones for three locks you have to get by before you can get inside the room.The shutter or the lock kept getting jammed every time and I was quite unlucky as it was pouring down. Got soaked in the rain trying to figure the doors and there is no shed to give you any cover. The water is not hot enough so you have to be sure to remember and turn on the boiler well before time or you get a cold shower. And don't forget to turn off the boiler before heading out. Too much to manage, not really a holiday experience for me personally. May work for others.

  : very loud fan on the roof which turned on at 11:30 and turned off at 23:30 which disturbed the rest and bad smell from the Chinese restaurant below, loud elevator behind the wall

  : Awesome location, great view and Nausikaa was a great host! Definitely recommend for a short stay in Athens!

  : The little penthouse makes you feel home right in the middle of Athens with a breathtaking view over the roofs of the city to the Acropolis! Even from the bed you can watch the illuminated temple the whole night ;-) Most centrally located you can reach nearly everything in walking distance, Syntagma square and its metro line to the airport is only 3 min by feet! Even the room is not very big you dont miss anything and you have a huge terrace with sun beds and a little table just on your own. Communication with Nausikaa, the lady of the property was easy and remarkably friendly!
  : The only thing is the noise of the elevator of the building, especially in the morning, and the restaurants ventilation system on the terrace, but these are facts you have to deal with when you are nestled right in the bustling center of such a big and wonderful city.
