: The location was in the best spot because it was far enough from the main traffic areas but close enough to be able to work everywhere, there was a beautiful bakery two down from the apartment on the corner and on the other corner there is a mini-supermarket reasonably priced, next door to the supermarket in the little lane there was an amazing coffee shop that turned into a little open bar in the evening and you could relax with any drink of your choosing. There is literally a cafe on every corner, wherever you stay in Athens you will never get hungry or thirsty, there are cafes and restaurants everywhere and also the added bonus is that you see so much history around you, very pleasing on the eye. Our apartment with the massive balcony was No.1, they have very good security with the roller shutters on every window and we felt very safe to leave our valuables there with our passports.
: If I have to say anything negative would be that an extra towel for each person (5 adults) would have helped but really it didnt bother us that much because there was a a very good washing machine that did a super wash of our clothes.

: Central location so close to the centre. We were able to walk round the city and see all the historic sites without the need of a taxi. The accommodation has good family facilities. The kids were able to share the spare room with twin beds provided. The host was welcoming months in advance, and kindly organised a taxi for us from the airport and a gentleman at arrival who gave us a map in advance.Thoroughly recommend.
