: the property was clean and modern, great breakfast and convenient to places we wished to visit in Crete.
: The family friendly approach was great, but there were too many kids running around without any adult supervision in evidence, which their posted policy suggests should not happen. We do not fault the hotel, but perhaps more attention should be paid to making sure all guests, not just those with young children, are treated with respect.

: The wonderful team at Minoa (every single staff member) welcomed us as family and made our stay the best.The apartment was lovely (with great views from the deck) wasSpacious, comfortable and worth the walk up to the 4th floor. Anastasia offered us a ground floor (my husband had an injured foot but the walk up was worth it!)The breakfast was excellent, the meals, wine and drinks were great. We loved the family vibe and feeling like a part of a small village (mostly Dutch families and couples and a couple of random Kiwis to mix it up!).Great place to stay and enjoy Heraklio. Arohanui (with love) to the crew at Minoa
